Welcome, Denis!

Introducing Denis Siek, SVP of FinanceDenis Siek

I’m thrilled to be joining The Orchard at what is an incredibly exciting time for our company and the music industry as a whole. I’ve spent the past 15 years working for our parent company, Sony Music, in numerous different finance roles. I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside many of you in my most recent role as part of Sony’s Global Digital Business Group, and I’m fortunate to be joining a team where everyone is so passionate about what they do.

I understand this is the part where Orchardites talk about their personal life and musical talents (but unfortunately I have none of the latter). I grew up in the NY suburbs of Westchester County and after 20 years have recently moved back there with my wife and two sons after stops in Boston, NYC, London, NYC again and Connecticut. And while I have no musical talents myself, I am a huge fan of music, so am extremely excited to get to know the vast catalogue of incredible music the Orchard distributes and see our label’s great acts perform live whenever I get the chance.

I am looking forward to getting to know all of you in the weeks and months ahead.
