Game of Thrones: Sophie Turner, Maisie Williams match for Halloween

The North remembers, but who knows if they'll remember their "norty" weekend

Who knew they had after-school programs in Westeros?

Game of Thrones stars Sophie Turner and Maisie Williams proved they really are best buds, in more ways than one, by wearing decidedly adult weed brownie Halloween costumes.

Turner posted a photo of the two to Instagram wearing yellow and brown t-shirts reading “Brownies,” brown skirts, and sashes with marijuana leaves stitched on. The punny costume plays on the after-school service program popular with elementary school-aged girls, and the “special” dessert. She captioned it “Nortiness ensues,” a pun riffing on their character’s home the North, that both Turner and Williams have used before in Instagram captions in place of “naughty.”

“Everyone loves a hash brownie,” Williams, 19, wrote alongside a similar photo.

Turner and Williams rose to fame playing sisters Sansa and Arya Stark respectively on the hit HBO show. The two are best friends in real life, and even have a pair of matching tattoos, which Turner showed off at the Emmys in September. The ink reads “07.08.09,” the date they both found out they’d been cast in the show.

Game of Thrones is set to return in 2017.
