Jameis Winston has been lauded for his football IQ and rightfully so. This, however, was not one of his brightest moments. With the Buccaneers trailing by five points with only a few seconds on the clock, Winston did this:

He’s a good five yards past the line of scrimmage before he finally realizes throwing the ball is no longer an option. Or maybe — just maybe — Winston thought he could fool the Rams defense and shuffle his way into the end zone.

It didn’t happen. Winston was tackled, the Bucs lost and they are now 1-2.
