Trader Joe's is a snack-lover's heaven. The aisles of the cult-favorite grocery store are always full to the brim with new — or just new-to-you — snacks, so much so that it's difficult to make it out of the store without a cart-full of impulse buys. But it's worth braving the often-crowded aisles battling it out for that week's viral snack because there truly is something for everything — including those of us focused on health and fitness. In fact, Trader Joe's healthy snacks might be the best snacks of all.
