MarsTV Dota 2 League returns with a LAN event

The MarsTV Dota 2 League is back for its fall season, titled Autumn. For this version, MarsTV will host a LAN event for eight interregional teams.

As the Dota season starts back up, MarsTV has announced one of the first Chinese LAN events after the post-TI shuffle. The event will feature a total prize pool of $250,000, eight invited teams, and a LAN event at end of this month.

The MarsTV Dota 2 League Autumn is split into three stages: the Chinese qualifiers, LAN group stage, and LAN elimination. The Chinese qualifiers will start on the 19th of September, followed by the LAN group stages on the 28th, and the LAN elimination on the 30th through the 2nd of October. The LAN event for stage three will be hosted in Xiamen, China, at the Xiamen Exhibition Center (198 Hui Zhan Lu).

The event will be open to the public for free and feature many side activities. According to the announcement, more information will be revealed as the date of the event gets closer.

MarsTV is a well-known Chinese eSports content producer and tournament organizer. The MarsTV Dota 2 League, one of MarsTV's most renowned events, has earned a reputation for its relatively large prize pools and LAN events featuring international talents.
