Justin Bieber Admits to 'Hungover' V Festival Performance

Justin Bieber hits the stage for his performance at the 2016 V Festival held at Hylands Park on Saturday (August 20) in Chelmsford, England.

The 22-year-old entertainer sang a ton of his hits that evening, including his latest single “Cold Water.”

“I’m having the best night, although I’m a little hungover,” Justin told the crowd (via U.K.’s Telegraph).

The night before, Justin was spotted partying at the same hot spot as Rihanna.
