Still recovering from wisdom teeth removal surgery a week later, I made a Ramen dish last night with tofu, mushrooms, boiled eggs, and scallions. 🙄

It wasn’t as broth-y as I hoped, next time I’ll have to put more stock. It still came out very yummy!
Behind the dish you’ll find an egg roll and wonton strips my wife insisted on having with the soup. 😒 haha
