Abstract: Objective To analyze the molecular classification and clinical characteristics of PVL positive MRSA in a hospital in2015,so as to provide laboratory basis for the prevention and treatment of PVL positive MRSA. Methods All the MRSA were collected in 2015,using PCR to detect the PVL positive strains; and then to use pulsed field gel electrophoresis and SCCmec typing on the molecular classification,to analyze the specimen types and clinical features; detect the antimicrobial susceptibility of 13 antibiotics by microdilution. Results The 26 MRSA strains were divided into 11 types by pulsed field gel electrophoresis, with the most as type E; SCCmec typing most were Ⅳ type( 42. 3%) and Ⅴ type( 50. 0%); most specimen types were secreta( 34. 6%),and pus( 23. 1%); 26 PVL positive strains of MRSA were mainly isolated from surgery( 38. 5%) and ICU( 34. 6%); antibiotic resistance rates of PVL positive MRSA to penicillin, erythromycin, clindamycin, tetracycline were higher, and the 18 strains can be identified as community associated MRSA. Conclusion SCCmec types of 26 strains of PVL positive MRSA are Ⅳa and Ⅴtype in most young and adults, and most were community associated MRSA,so non β- lactam antibiotic is the first option in the treatment.
