The second edition of Lagos Startup Week will take place on September 24-30, offering panel discussions, pitch events and free masterclasses to local startups.

Last year’s Lagos Startup Week was attended by over 1,000 entrepreneurs, with this year’s event aimed at further establishing the city’s place in the world of tech, entrepreneurship and innovation.

The theme is “Be Inspired”, and in addition to the usual panel discussions, pitches and conference style talks will feature free masterclasses, product launches and a startup exhibition.

The lineup of speakers includes successful startup founders, local and international investors, industry giants and domain experts.

“This year’s events are community-led, all about building each other up and fostering the growth of a supportive environment to launch new businesses, whilst ensuring viable startups are linked up to willing investors and mentors alike,” said organiser Olumide Olayinka.
