Mandan, Hidatsa, Arickara Nation supports Standing Rock's opposition to Dakota Access Pipeline Construction

Mark Fox, the chairman of the Mandan, Hidatsa & Arickara Nation, sent a letter to Standing Rock Sioux Tribe Chairman Dave Archambauldt II supporting Standing Rock's opposition to the Dakota Access Pipeline.
"We support SRST's concern for potential risk to its nation's lands and water, and share the firm belief that DAPL should find an alternative means and method for negative impact to Standing Rock and the lands that we have historically shared with our fellow nation, friends and relatives," Fox says in the letter.
It goes on to say the MHA Nation will continue to provide support and supplies to the protest efforts.
