Bold, bright hairstyles are all over aspirational Instagram — from watermelon hair to multicolored undercuts. But how do you get in on the trend without constantly resembling a Lisa Frank folder — or agitating a conservative employer?

Not Another Salon, a London business already known for its bright and beautiful dye jobs, makes a compelling case for "hidden rainbow hair."
