1. Food and Liquor a. Definitely his best album in my opinion. Whenever my friends ask me about starting to listen to Lupe I always recommend this album. Which hip-hop tracks make the best use of samples?
I'd say anything by MF Doom. He's incredible at finding samples and using them in creative ways. Also, a vast majority of J. Dilla's instrumentals are the same way.
