Have you tried turning it off and on again?

I must have told the exact same thing to my users about 2000 times while I was working as a sysadmin many, many years ago. Tech support is one of the reasons I stopped working in IT. Certain people used to drive me crazy!

I kind of miss working with my colleagues, though!
