I think this has been mentioned before.

In short my company order over 1k from another company and we get a free NutriBullet.

There is only 4 of us within the company and we all have 1 so we have been selling the others on eBay.

eBay has now removed the listing and threatened legal action if we attempt to re-sell the Nutri Bullet.

I find it weirda s on this account we also buy and sell Xbox games and Microsoft have not bat an eyelid.

I was told to email MarkMonitor if I did not like eBay doing this.

    Any Ideas?

What kind of "legal action"? Based on what?

Have they told you why you cannot sell a NutriBullet on eBay? They should give you a reason as to why this particular product is not allowed to be listed on eBay. I am kind of surprised that they would ban this product, without a good reason.

you need to contact ebay head office, sometimes ebay use contarctors working from home to moderate the site and they can get very over zealous, I would contact the head office direct and explain everything, this may help

are you re-listing the same item, but actually selling one each time, and not paying for the new listing?
