Berlin's SPD rejects coalition talks with Merkel's bloc - report

Last Friday, the SPD party and Merkel's conservatives reached a preliminary agreement after exploratory talks. But the latest news out of Germany is saying that the Berlin section of the SPD party has now rejected further coalition talks with Merkel and her allies.
