Collins and Corker will support the bill

The S&P 500 hit a record and futures point to another 10 points higher at the open.

The news in political circles is that John McCain is headed back to Arizona for cancer treatment but it's inconsequential because there appear to be no holdouts. The most-likely 'No' voters were Susan Collins and Bob Corker but they've both fallen into line.

The risk is of a 'sell-on-the-fact' type of trade. At the end of the day, this probably isn't the huge corporate tax cut some were betting on and there will be winners, loses and unintended consequences.
