Summary of Job Content:
The Executive Assistant shall support the ED office on administrative issues and ensure that the ED office is run in an efficient and professional manner and to the highest standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high level administrative support to the Executive Director as well as manage and coordinate ED office management responsibilities. Including general administration service, event management, archiving, communications, and scheduling, secretarial services. The essential duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

Organizational Setting: Reports to the Executive Director (ED)
Terms of employment: One year with possibility of extension
