Job Summary
Support the Compensation and Benefits Administrators and other HR colleagues on the delivery of HR System
Duties and responsibilities
ü Contribute to discussions on future systems strategy, evaluate existing systems/other products as necessary and make recommendations.
ü Maintain and work on core HR IT systems, specifically processing attendance related data of employees.
ü Develop and maintain Document Management and Workflow solutions
ü Carry out system administration activities – e.g. system maintenance, system testing, system/data checks fault-finding and resolution, managing user access.
ü Support others using HR systems – e.g. designing and delivering training, and producing user guides.
ü Work with intranet/internet technology as required.
ü Preparation of payroll related reports for managers.
ü Handling staff queries regarding payroll and HR.
ü Collate payroll information, process, produce reports and journals and file.
ü Other related activities as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

. BSc in Computer science and related studies
. with 0 year work experience

. Excellent computer skills specially on MS Office Packages
