Wirecutter's Best Deals Of The Week

Logitech Performance MX Wireless Mouse

Street Price: $55; Deal Price: $40

At $40, this matches the low we’ve seen for the Logitech Performance Mouse MX. It’s hit this $40 price multiple times as the street price has continued to fall, but we’ve never seen it lower. It typically goes for around $55 now, so this is still a nice savings.

The Logitech Performance Mouse MX is our larger hands pick in our guide to the best wireless mouse. Justin Krajeski and Kimber Streams wrote, “For people with big hands, we recommend the Logitech Performance Mouse MX, which costs about $50. This was the most comfortable mouse for our largest-handed testers, who preferred the size and shape of the Performance Mouse MX over those of the MX Master 2S. The Performance Mouse MX tracked well on all our test surfaces, including glass and mirror. Although it connects only via USB dongle, and its software is outdated (though not necessary for normal use), it has nine programmable buttons, plus a scroll wheel toggle. Logitech claims its rechargeable battery will last roughly a month on a single charge, but our model, which is three-plus years old, makes it through about only nine full workdays.”

Levoit LV600HH Hybrid Ultrasonic Humidifier

Street Price: $85; Deal Price: $74

At $74 after clipping the on-page coupon (price reflects at checkout), this is a good discount on our new upgrade humidifier. The Levoit LV600HH often sits at $90 during the winter months (when it’s most sought after) with periodic drops to as low as $74 and even a flash sale that took it lower late last year. While this isn’t the lowest we’ve seen it, you’re getting a nice deal versus the typical price, so if you need a humidifier it’s a good time to pull the trigger.

The Levoit LV600HH is our upgrade large spaces pick in our guide to the best humidifier. John Holecek and Tim Heffernan wrote, “The Levoit LV600HH Hybrid Ultrasonic Humidifier is our new pick for large spaces and exceptionally dry, demanding environments, replacing the SPT SU-4010. Its powerful ultrasonic mechanism provides continuous humidification (evaporative humidifiers slow down as the air gets more saturated), and its big, 6-liter/1.5-gallon tank can go more than 24 hours between refills. It’s exceptionally quiet, though like all ultrasonic models it makes an audible hum that can be annoying if you’re sitting or sleeping within a few feet of it. Also like all ultrasonic humidifiers, it has a couple of potential downsides: It has to sit on a table or shelf so that the mist won’t puddle on the floor, and it can create a layer of white mineral dust on nearby surfaces.”

Anker PowerPort Wireless 5 Stand

Street Price: $27; Deal Price: $22

At $22, this is $5 off the typical price of the Anker PowerPort Wireless 5 Stand. If you’re looking for a stand Qi charger that performs as well as our top picks in our testing, this is a solid option. It’s been $27 for as long as we’ve been tracking it, so it’s a nice bargain, so long as you’re fine using an existing AC wall adapter (as it doesn’t come with one).

The Anker PowerPort Wireless 5 Stand is our inexpensive Qi charging stand pick in our guide to the best Qi wireless charger for iPhone and Android phones. Nick Guy wrote, “If our picks are out of stock, if you want to spend a little less, or if you prefer something with a less obvious status light, Anker’s PowerPort Wireless 5 Pad and PowerPort Wireless 5 Stand are great options, though you’ll have to provide your own AC adapter. In our tests they charged iPhones at the same rate as our Samsung picks and charged the Galaxy S8 as fast or faster, but they’re generally a few dollars less expensive. Both come with Micro-USB cables, but neither comes with an AC wall adapter, so you’ll need to use the charger that comes with your phone or tablet or buy one separately. Light-sensitive sleepers will appreciate the small blue charging-indicator lights, which you can easily cover.”

Garmin Vívosmart HR+ - (Refurbished)

Street Price: $80; Deal Price: $65

This refurb version of the Garmin Vívosmart HR+, our former top fitness tracker pick, is back on sale for $65. This matches the lowest price for this fitness tracker (in refurbished condition) we've seen. Although $65 isn't a huge discount from it's refurb street price of $80, a new Garmin Vívosmart HR+ still has a street price of about $120. This model includes a 1-year factory warranty and free shipping. The sale ends February 20th.

The Garmin Vívosmart HR+ is the previous top pick that we still speak well of in our guide to the best fitness trackers. Amy Roberts wrote, "The Vívosmart HR+ has everything you’d expect from a good tracker but adds onboard GPS tracking and activity auto-detection, both of which performed above average in our tests. It still includes all the standard fitness tracker functions we’ve come to expect: step and stair counting, distance traveled, calories burned, and sleep statistics. But its long battery life (4 to 5 days without GPS) and full waterproofing (down to 50 meters) give it an edge. It will stay charged almost four days longer than the Gear Fit2 if you don’t use the GPS, and unlike most Fitbits and the Samsung, you can wear it in the shower after your workout."
