ASUS ZenFone 4 to get Android Oreo this month

Asus’ ZenFone 4 currently runs last year’s Android Nougat, but that may be changing pretty soon. An ASUS forum moderator with the handle Green1_Asus has essentially confirmed that the ZenFone 4, specifically the ZE554KL model, will be receiving an update to Android 8.0 Oreo by the end of this month.

Less than a week ago, screenshots of Oreo running on the ASUS ZenFone 3 leaked on the internet, suggesting that the older device might also receive its update sometime soon. We will of course keep you updated when either of these devices begin receiving their Oreo updates.
