OBJECTIVE:
Link Community Development Ethiopia (LCDE) is registered in Ethiopia as a branch of Link Community Development International (LCDI). Following its structure the UK based LCDI head office develops a standard employees’ operation handbook for all branches of the organisation. However, these branch organisations operate under the different legal legislations of their respective countries. Due to this LCDE needs to contextualise the LCDI standard employees’ operation manual with reference to the applicable Ethiopian labor laws and best local HR practices.
LCDE hereby invites eligible human resource experts to submit their bids for the contextualisation of its head office standard employees’ operation manual in line with Ethiopian applicable law and best HR practices.
Offerors are responsible for ensuring that their offers are received by LCDE in accordance with the instructions, terms and conditions described in this RFQ. Failure to adhere with instructions described in this RFQ may lead to disqualification of an offer from consideration.
Qualified human resource experts which fulfill the following criteria are invited to participate.
