I spent most of my day pretending to learn Indonesian recipes with the very diverse trailing spouses (women and man we are inclusive!) of our (not)better half company.
What I didn’t pretend was the eating part ;-)

Sophia who is Indonesian (well duh!) is an amazing cook and I got the chance to sample her very informal classes in two countries (Norway and now Singapore).

The 2 trailing men in the group are also very good cook maybe they’ll be next ;-).
