As Hollywood gasps at the 1,000-times more Mark Wahlberg was paid over Michelle Williams for All The Money In The World reshoots, another country is showing us how it's done. Iceland has historically had one of the smallest gaps in income between men and women.  On January 1st, it became the first country to pass legislation outlawing the divide completely.
