Love That Boy: What Two Presidents, Eight Road Trips, and My Son Taught Me About a Parent's Expectations

This book is the written equivalent to the Parenthood TV series. I started the book without reading the description and was caught off guard when it was a book about parenting a child with high-functioning autism. There were so many parts, so many stories that hit close to home. If you don't have time to watch Parenthood, pick up this book instead. But, try to do both.
