Everything You Need to Know About the REMME Initial Software Subscription
On December 4th (15:00 UTC ) the REMME Initial Software Offering live.
We’re very excited to have finally reached this stage and we can’t wait to welcome you into the fold as REMME token-holders. At this stage we’d like to stress how grateful we are for all your support. Together we’re going to build a new system of certificate management using the power of the blockchain. The REMME token will fuel it, but it’s your participation in our Initial Software Subscription that makes it all possible.

What is the Initial Software Subscription?
An Initial Software Subscription is the mechanism by which we intend to issue the REM tokens that will power the platform. This ERC-20 token will operate like a license or digital key, granting holders access to REMME PKI (d) and DApps on top of it. Token holders will be able to retain their tokens for platform access or to otherwise use them at their own discretion. This versatile utility token will facilitate certificate generation, revocation, node creation, and fees covering conversion to fiat.
Pre-sale participants will be the first to receive an allocation of REM tokens, entitling them to utilize REMME as soon as the software enters the market.

General Information
REMME public pre-sale starts on December 4th (15:00 UTC ) and ends December 25th (15:00 UTC ).
Participating in the pre-sale requires a minimum of 10 ETH (reduced due to the ETH price changes) and a maximum is $500,000.
Tokens can be purchased in ETH only and participants will need to register in advance to receive approval ahead of the pre-sale commencement.

Sale Structure
One billion REM tokens will be created, 50% of which will be sold in our pre-sale and public sale at a price of 1 REM = $0.04. This ERC20 token will be compatible with all Ethereum wallets that accept such tokens including MyEtherWallet and MetaMask.
The pre-sale soft cap stands at $480,000 and the hard cap is $3 million. The sale runs until December 25th or the hard cap is hit — whatever occurs first.
Bonuses
Participants in our Initial Software Subscription will be eligible for the following bonuses:
- 20% pre-sale bonus;
- 10% public sale bonus in days 1–3;
- 5% public sale bonus in days 4–7.

Token Distribution and Vesting Periods
Transparency and fairness are the guiding principles that will underpin our token sale.
The REMME team and its founders will be subject to two years’ vesting with six months’ cliff, to lock in tokens and incentivize development.
Should there be any remaining tokens upon completion of the public sale, these will be returned to the REMME team and locked for a period of 3 years:
- 50% locked for 1 year;
- 25% locked for 2 years;
- 25% locked for 3 years.
After the pre-sale and public sale have been concluded, the REM token will be transferable and ready to be listed on various cryptocurrency exchanges.
Prepare for the Pre-Sale
- Setup a wallet that is compatible with ERC-20 tokens (Metamask, MyEtherWallet)
- Buy Ether (If you don’t have any)
- Join the Whitelist on our official website https://tokensale.remme.io/ (ETH wallet address and your email will be needed to buy tokens).
Setting up a wallet
This is one of the most important steps. If you do not do this correctly you may end up losing access to all of your money and/or tokens.
Wallets need to support adding ERC-20 standard tokens. We suggest you create a wallet on MyEtherWallet but there are others out there. The private key of your wallet should be under your control.

- Kraken
- Exodus
- Coinbase
- Bitstamp
- Bitfinex
- Cex.io
- Any other Ethereum exchange
Go through the simple set up process of MyEtherWallet. Secure your password, secret phrase, and private key somewhere safe and back them up. The wallets are not controlled by these companies and there is no way you can recover your account if you lose these. That being said, never give this information to anyone else because they can steal all of your money. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE SHOULD YOU BE GIVING THIS INFORMATION TO ANYONE UNLESS USING IT TO SIGN-IN ON THE SITE ITSELF.
