Recommended Update for LANTIME V6 Firmware

This Newsletter is to inform you about the recommended LANTIME firmware update, which prevents restarts and crashes caused by a software bug when the SyncMon feature is activated.

We have detected the following problem: In LANTIME firmware version 6.22.005 the storage requirement may increase constantly, if the SyncMon feature is actively used. The storage resources of the system can overflow after a certain time and significantly affect operation of the LANTIME. The time until the storage overflows depends on the System's available RAM. The problem has been fixed in firmware version 6.22.006 and higher. We highly recommend to update your LANTIME firmware, if version 6.22.005 is running on your systems and you are using the SyncMon feature.
