High Horse says there's a possibility Disc Jam could come to Switch

I hadn't heard of Disc Jam until a few minutes ago, but now I really want to check it out! I'm down with anything that involves Frisbee-like action and over-the-top arcade-style sports! While the developer behind the game did say it was possible a Switch port could happen, they didn't elaborate any more than that. Let's hope they start thinking with more certainty soon!
