Smart people

If someone asks for your bank information online, no matter WHAT it is, check with your bank before giving them anything. These people are smart in knowing how stupid everyone else is. If something costs "$0", they don't need to know anything about you. These people are capable of stealing your identity! Stop being f*cking stupid.

Happy customer

I was charged $50 to my account by this company and I didn't remember signing up for anything at all.. However when I contact them via Facebook regarding the issue, they respond to me within an hour and I received my money the very next day.. So thank you so much and I do appreciate your honesty..

Good easy to use Website

For some reason a lot of people saying this website is a scam?? when it clearly isn't, people are just too stupid to not read Ts&Cs so it's their own fault, it's like saying they got scammed by netflix for charging them for providing a service, idiots. Anyways, i can understand that Big names snap up the rights to show movies before other people can that's why theres not many popular titles, but still a large collection to choose from, and games and music.

A Good website, but unfortunately nothing i could find to my taste, i'm sure theres loads of people out there who enjoy this kind of stuff, but not for me i'm afraid.

With regards to the website, it's easy to navigate, easy to use, just click and boom the songs are already playing.

And have the upmost respect for the guy who takes the time to reply to every single review these idiots are putting up, regardless of how bad their spelling is.

Please cancel account!!

I recently created an account to find a book during the 5 day free trial but didn't even find it so I need it cancelled before it upgrades on its own. DO NOT CHARGE ME FOR CANCELLING EITHER

Very poor and worst company

Once I used this company for my use and gave my payment details. Now they use my payment method unnecessary and taking 40$ every month without informing me. It sucks! Really sucks!

what the hell

this service is a scam determined to suck as much money from you as it can before you realize what it truly is. In order to cancel your account, you have to go on a 10 year journey and if you want to cancel it immediately, there's a dollar fee??? What the heck are they trying to pull? And if you wanted to cancel your account for free, you had to scroll down in order to find the other options?? Maybe I could be faulted for not being careful enough but this design choice is extremely misleading. To whomever designed the web layout, I implore you to go back to design school or even pick up a Web Design For Dummies. Also i spent maybe 2 minutes browsing but all the books are public domain so this website is DEFINITELY not worth it. You can probably get a better selection at your local library and at least you'll be supporting public spaces in your community!! The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars was because the customer service rep was a huge help and still stayed polite and courteous even when I was being unreasonable and directed my frustrations with the company towards her.

BEWARE

Absolute scum of the earth who can't even get their scam game right. I'm glad I check my bank accounts every day, because these douchebags were sitting there sucking money out of my account for a "premium service" that I never bloody-well signed up for, nor even heard about until I saw nearly a HUNDRED DOLLARS disappear out of my account. And the full amount was never even refunded!! I have no idea how you got my information in the first place, but I hope you folks f***ing ROT.

it is fraud

Has anyone in NZ suffered from these fraudulent transactions. I have never heard of this company or ever ordered any thing from them. Suddenly my bank account has money taken by Tzarmedio first one cent then 2.95. Then 3days later $65.95. upon reading all the comments of similar experiences and not being able to cancel I'll have to change my bank account out details. Maybe wouldn't be so bad if you could unsubscribe.

who let this crap out?

Was never able to log on. I contacted customer service via message. They sent me an encrypted message looks like a failed attempt to create a webpage. Am I supposed to understand? I think, "bye". Charges should be reversed as I already contacted them. Services were NOT rendered!! I unfortunately looked into the reviews too late. My bad!!!!!

Pure Scam --- BEWARE

I just got done working on the IA crew putting in the Wilco show in Portland, OR that TzarMedia.com is advertising as "streaming" through their service. The tour manager was not amused to hear about the five pages of YouTube advertisements for the streaming service. We installed absolutely no video for this production, let alone streaming. TzarMedia is advertising something that doesn't exist. Can't wait to hear their response on this one.

(edit) Just got done searching YouTube for various bands currently on tour. Based on the YouTube postings, TzarMedia is streaming just about every act currently on tour. It's not just a scam, it's outright fraud.

cheating with trial and membership charges

I signed up for trial version. I read cautiously never agreed or clicked automatic renewal for membership. After my trial got over today i am getting a notification charges are taken from your credit card. I am shocked and i went to Tzarmedia account cancelled my membership it says it will take 3 days to cancel the membership. I am worried now when my cancellation will happen.

"Your premium membership will be cancelled at the end of your current billing period September 8, 2016. "
Not sure will i be charged more. Very poor

Buyer Beware!

When I registered your website, your website stated that you won't charged extra payment if I don't agree. Today I check my credit card payments, I discover that your website charged me payments without my permission ! I never use your website since I registered! Please cancel my account! And I have contacted my bank about blocking all payment ! I expect a refund.

Extra payments without permission

I'm sad that when I registered your website in April, your website promised me that you won't charged extra payment if I don't agree. Today I check my credit card payments, I discover that your website charged me extra payments without my permission twice !!!! I never use your website since I registered!! Can I get my money back? I need to cancel my membership now!

I did not realise what a dumb website this was, i harmlessly assumed it would allow me to watch movies for free, but when i just saw my bank statement i saw that i was being scammed for nearly ten pound a month. I never used the website ever again. So can you please give me the email of which i can contact to terminate my contract ASAP as i cannot find the login i used that long ago on it. Thoroughly disappointed as the rest on this page.

CHARGED TRIAL

In their Terms and Conditions it says:

$2.95 Trials.
"At the end of the specified trial, your profile and access to the Site will be kept through charges via your Payment Method, until you’ve suspended them. This will happen, regardless of how long your trial period is meant to be."

No matter what, if you subscribe you CC, you will get charged.

THEFT AND FRAUD

I was a member for a total of five minutes despite having signed on for a free trial. They clearly say that you won't be charged if you cancel before the free trial ends, I cancelled on the same day I signed up,and got charged THRICE regardless. They scam you, and regardless of how many times they tell you this shouldn't have happened and to contact their support team, your emails will be in vain.
