    Why are you selling this site?
    Simply do not have the time to develop it. Too many ongoing projects, but it IS the perfect time for someone to develop the domain and seize on the viral and mass adoption of this "distributed ledger" technology, by both the private and public sectors.

    How much time does this site take to run?
    Depends on what you decide to do with the domain: whether you want to take advantage of the keyword targeting benefits and make money off of standard, IAB-style advertisements with a standard content-driven website, or if you desire to go further and offer some sort of service to cater to the Ethereum community you could probably make a lot more money.

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    Nothing really. Should really take off with organic, search engine traffic with minimal content and/or marketing.
