‘Hospital Capers With Gerard Foliott Vaughan’

 – Gerard was a very naughty politician with quite a few fairly naughty friends.  One day he decided to cause some mischief for innocent sick children who were bedded up in Stoke Mandeville Hospital

GWTRANS :  “Gerard Foliott Vaughan (June 11, 1923 – July 29, 2003) was the Health Minister during the Thatcher administration who feted Savile and placed him in a position of authority and trust within the NHS because of some warped Tory Ideology about encouraging a public/private partnership model to be put into place there (so that) statutory frameworks could be bypassed and NHS commissioners and managers could be dis-empowered.”  Hmmm.  The scrambling of our NHS by the Cons has been in progress for a long time then.
