Gisele Bundchen has a lot to celebrate!
The stunning supermodel turned 36 on Wednesday -- and her husband, Tom Brady, commemorated the occasion with a special message to his wife on Facebook.
"Happy Birthday to the love of my life," he captioned a photo of Gisele riding a horse with her daughter on the beach. "May this year be your best and brightest and most fulfilling. We love you!"
The couple got married in a private ceremony in Santa Monica, California, in 2009. They have two children together -- Benjamin, 6, and Vivian, 3.

The birthday girl also took to her social media page to thank fans for their well-wishes, writing, "Thank you so much for the birthday wishes!!! I am humbled and grateful for all the love. Sending you all a big kiss and may your lives be filed with Love and light always."
The Brazilian bombshell has a big year ahead of her. According to Women's Wear Daily, she is coming out of retirement to make an appearance during the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where she's rumored to be walking in the opening ceremony to represent her home country.
