At the report’s launch, early years stakeholders made pledges saying what they would do to help disadvantaged children. You can see some of the pledges in a short video.

This survey reports on how good local authorities and early years providers are in helping disadvantaged families and their young children. In particular, it looks at implementation and impact of national and local policies on early years providers in some of the most deprived areas of England.
