@Colin_H1972 @NatWest_Help What do you think you can troubleshoot about your biometrics not accepting my haggard looks? I use faceId with no issues in every other app that needs it but NatWest want their own which is unnecessary when you accept faceId for login and approval of online transactions

@melindahaunton Very excited that NatWest's app went wrong and the fix is not to fix the app but to issue everyone affected with a new credit card. Will mine arrive before I go travelling and have to pay my hotel bill with... something) Who can say?

@beautyofsffring does anyone else w natwest have constant issues w the face biometric approval ?? i’ve tried 10+ times in different lights today and it logged me out, managed to re set up my face for it and it recognised me and then i immediately haven’t been able to use it

We've just been told - 17 years into a 20-year NatWest business loan and paying precisely what we should each month - there's a shortfall that we have to make up. Bank has had since 2007 to sort ffs. @SCore2018 Has anyone else had their credit card balance disappear from their @NatWest_Help phone banking app? Been gone now for over a week. Absolutely no help at all from Natwest. There must be a technical issue but zero customer comms to apologise or explain. Rubbish customer service.
