The discs themselves are fine. Good value at around $2/disc. The packaging and inserts though, look like they were hastily designed in an hour in a high school design class. Missing the original Casino Royale and Never Say Never which were non-Eon productions. Quantum of Solace wouldn't play in my American Blu Ray player because of wrong regional coding-a major gaffe by the manufacturer.

    I can't say enough about this great collection. UK edition. All 24 official James Bond movies are here. NO TIME TO DIE is not included. Also not included is the parody CASINO ROYALE, NEVER SAY NEVER AGAIN, or the 1954 live tv broadcast with Barry Nelson as 007. All 3 are available separately for purchase. Each film looks fantastic. Shown in native 1080p high definition but look similar to 4k quality. They are also presented in HDR or Dolby Vision, depending on your tv. Each film has DTS HD 5.1 surround sound audio. They sound incredible. One note- QUANTUM OF SOLACE is a region B disc. It will NOT play on standard US blu ray players. So just make a note of that. You will need a region free player. Each movie has a load of extras. Unfortunately no booklet or pamphlet included with release date, details and information on each film. But for the low price I paid I am willing to not make a big deal of that. There are documentaries for each of the films in the bonus's. NO TIME TO DIE will be purchased by me separately in the future, I am not in a hurry for that because it is not one of my favorites. In closing this will be my one set with all the movies together and all in release date order. I won't have to look separately for whichever Bond, James Bond film I want to watch. Until a 4k exclusive set gets a release, then I am very happy with this. Highly recommended.

    Finally get to Quantum of Solace and surprise it would not play as it is coded for Region B. All this time watching all of James Bond and this one disc will not play.

    It is to long since I purchased this set of movies to return the lot so I am just out of luck. I have no idea why one disc is coded for a different region when all the others so far seem to work.

    I am very disappointed in this purchase and do not recommend it to anyone.

    I bought this product several months back and when I went to watch a movie, it didn't work on my DVD player. I saw other Bond listings that noted the format was inconsistent with North American DVD's but saw no such notice on this product. I now have a useless set of DVD's and it is beyond the allowed return date. This is not what I expected from Amazon and am very disappointed. I wont be able to buy any DVD's from Amazon going forward as they don't adequately warn people of significant performance issues. North America is a big market so why display products that don't work in that continent on sites that are country specific. I sign up from Canada so this product shouldn't even display given its limitations.

    Die Bond-Sammlung gefällt mir sehr gut. Die CDs sind schön kompakt verpackt und die Collection sieht trotzdem edel aus. Hier ist nicht, wie bei den meisten anderen Serien, jede DVD in einer eigenen Hülle verpackt, was Platz spart. So kann man aber einzelne DVDs schlecht mitnehmen, z.B. auf Reisen, sondern muss dann das komplette Paket einpacken, was mich aber nicht stört :-).
    Die Filme sind wie immer Geschmacksache, aber wer Bond mag, sollte sich auf jeden Fall diese Collection besorgen.

    Als Jahrgang 1973 bin ich mit den älteren James Bond-Filmen aufgewachsen, kann also gut eine Meinung und Einschätzung abgeben.

    Die einzelnen Filme der Collection möchte ich nicht mehr kommentieren. Sie sind einfach legendär und dürften auch alle bekannt sein.

    Die Collection ist, entgegen den vorherigen Rezensionen, auch komplett. Die vorherigen Bewertungen, die immer hervorheben, dass der Film "Sag niemals nie" nicht enthalten ist, verkennen einfach, dass dieser Film -genau genommen- kein originaler James Bond Film ist. Er ist nicht von den Original-Bondmachern um Albert R. Broccoli und EON Productions produziert worden. "Sag niemals nie" ist nur eine Neuverfilmung des 1965 schon erschienenen Bond Films "Feuerball". Nähere Infos erhält man, wenn man den Film einfach mal googelt. Wer den Film zur Komplettierung seiner Sammlung aber unbedingt haben möchte, mag diesen dann halt noch einzeln bestellen. Ist ja problemlos möglich.

    Insgesamt ist die Collection aus meiner Sicht gelungen und ein "must have" für jeden James Bond Fan. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bei gerade mal 3,47 € pro Film (23 DVDs) überzeugt.

    Persönlich hätte ich es gewünscht, wenn jeder einzelne Bond Film in einer eigenen DVD Hülle mit Cover verpackt gewesen wäre. Aber das ist nur Kosmetik und soll hier nicht ernsthaft moniert werden.

    Ich für meinen Teil bin jedenfalls sehr damit zufrieden.

Mein geheimer Favorit ist noch immer George Lazenby in "Im Geheimdienst ihrer Majestät" mit seinem tragischen Ende. Lange aufregende Stunden Unterhaltung. Super!
