"Programmer" gives directions to "robot" to get to the end. "move forward 3 spaces, turn right..." can do in segments or all at once. can write/draw directions down and fix as needed. Space cards ouit and you can be robot! Beach Ball Group Activities: Write letters on small pieces of masking tape, randomly place these on ball. Toss to a player. Name a "fruit" that starts with the letter your thumb lands on. Change themes: names, states/countries; food; cars,etc. Make it a memory challenge: say your item and all those before you too.
