Kylie Jenner lists her Calabasas mansion

Kylie Jenner is selling her first home – a $US4m mansion in California – and upgrading to a $US6 million property closer to her mum Kris Jenner.

After only living in the Mediterranean-style mansion in Calabasas for a year, the young star listed the property for $US3.9 million –  US$1.3 million higher than what she originally paid.

Jenner renovated the home last year, opting for a sleek minimalist look.

The youngest of the reality TV family has displayed her house to the public several times through her own house tour videos, along with makeup tutorial videos set from inside her bathroom.

The 450sqm home has five bedrooms, six bathrooms and a separate guest wing.

While the house is undoubtedly impressive, her new home in Hidden Hills is certainly an upgrade.

The Hidden Hills property features six bedrooms, six bathrooms and is spread over more than 650sqm.

Although mum Kris Jenner helped pay for her son Rob Kardashian’s house at the beginning of the year, Jenner did not receive the same treatment. The young socialite splashed her own cash for the mansion.

The 18-year-old likely doesn’t need the financial help, with her net worth skyrocketing thanks to her popular lipstick line, Lip Kits.

She has also a new nail polish line, her Bellami wig collection and a shared clothing line with sister Kendall. The reality TV star is also an ambassador for the skincare line, Nip+Fab.

Jenner isn’t the only one in the Kardashian clan with a house in the area currently up for sale, with Scott Disick – Kourtney Kardashian’s ex – trying to sell his Hidden Hills mansion.

He too renovated the home and was only there for a short stint, selling after just six months.
