Ken Green recognised himself in the 1967 picture of BAC Hurn apprentices at Boscombe Hospital printed on May 11.
He has named them as follows: bottom row, left to right, Cliff Cooper, Boscombe Hospital matron Miss Mary Cossey, an unknown, Cyril Osborne who worked at BAC Hurn, possibly Mr Romano the apprentice supervisor, Ken Green and Ducan. Top row, Peter Cooper, two unknowns and Gary Udell.
The apprentices raised money for a worthy cause every year. The apprentices, including Ken who was chairman of the BAC Hurn Apprentices' Association, were about 20 years old when the picture was taken.
