Tom Cruise is moving out of LA after selling his mansion to billionaire financier Leon Black for a reported $US40million.
The house is thought to be the final property the star owned in Los Angeles after he sold his Hollywood Hills home to Eva Longoria last year.
Cruise bought the Beverly Hills mansion in 2007 for US$30.5 million with his then-wife Katie Holmes.
The house features seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, plus two guest houses.

The large property is located in an exclusive area in Beverly Hills.
It boasts a flood-lit tennis court, large swimming pool, fountain and a playground.
The house was originally listed at US$45 million, with Cruise later dropping $US5 million off the asking price in order to sell.
Despite the already multi-million dollar price tag Black plans to undertake a US$20million renovation, Sky News Real Estate’s Prue Miller reports.
LA isn’t the only place where Cruise is selling property, with his Colorado home currently on the market for US$59 million.

His Sussex mansion at Rede Place was also sold in April, and a New York condo was sold in 2013.
He is now reportedly looking to buy a property in Clearwater, Florida – near the global headquarters for Scientology.
As a keen advocate for the religion, the Mission Impossible star seems keen to live close to Scientology bases around the world.
The 53-year old reportedly recently purchased Saint Hill Manor, the spiritual headquarters of Scientology in England.
The 40 hectare estate had been previously owned by Scientology founder L.Ron Hubbard.
