Krautrock founding fathers Neu! have long been the music snob's factory setting, as this compilation of indebted album tracks/B-sides by a new generation (Kasabian, LCD Soundsystem) underlines. Hardly brand new - School of Seven Bells provide the lone exclusive - it's Foals, Cornelius and, unexpectedly, Oasis offcut I Can See it Now that do the Teutonic groove thing best. Elsewhere, you may be compelled to head to Spotify to find the real thing. Perhaps that's the point.
