It's fun to imagine Kevin Spacey at a dive bar in his native New Jersey, maybe a few gin-and-tonics deep, impulsively grabbing the karaoke mic and going to town. Oh, what's this? A harmonica in my pocket? BAM! Harmonica solo. That more or less happened in the new TV special Billy Joel: The Library of Congress Gershwin Prize, which is set to air Friday night on PBS.
