Breakfast was on the house at the Belmont Restaurant in Manchester for a man celebrating his 101st birthday Monday.Click here to watch News 9's report.The restaurant's policy is to give customers a percentage off their birthday bill based on their age.So at 101, Joseph Nelson actually received a 7-cent refund.The World War II veteran said he never thought he'd live this long, but he offered an answer as to why."I put all my faith in God and I think that all of my life, every decision I've made in my 100 years, I think God made it for me," he said.Nelson ate scrambled eggs and ham, and topped it off with a piece of chocolate cake.

Breakfast was on the house at the Belmont Restaurant in Manchester for a man celebrating his 101st birthday Monday.

The restaurant's policy is to give customers a percentage off their birthday bill based on their age.

So at 101, Joseph Nelson actually received a 7-cent refund.

"I put all my faith in God and I think that all of my life, every decision I've made in my 100 years, I think God made it for me," he said.
