Nelson Mandela death: South Africa marks anniversary

Events are being held across South Africa to mark one year since the death of Nelson Mandela, including a wreath-laying ceremony at the Union Buildings in the capital, Pretoria.

The BBC Milton Nkosi said that the country was "at peace with itself" following years of radical polarisation, despite issues of corruption, poverty and inequality.
