Summary
In the months following the fall of the United Earth Empire, Lin Beifong is faced with another government-toppling problem: blackmail. When every world leader receives a mysterious letter threatening to expose their skeletons, tensions rise. When Lin discovers what's at stake, and who she stands to lose, she decides to do everything in her power to stop the remaining Empire sympathists and save her family.
This story focuses on Lin, and how her relationships to other characters grow and develope. The primary relationship this story explores is Lin x Kya II and is a bit of a slow burn.

Granted, great is a vague description and could mean either good or bad, but navigating through the legacy of balance that each Avatar leaves is not an easy task to be had.

This newest story of mine has been in process for about a year now, with breaks. It is exactly as advertised - an Aliens AU in the avatarverse. There are divergences from the plot of Aliens, but if you know that movie, you do know a lot about how this story is going to go.
Except for a couple of interludes, this story is all from Asami's pov.
