Working Parents Dilemma: What to Do With The Kids During Winter Break

Wouldn’t it be nice if we parents had off from work whenever our kids had off from school? The JCC on the Hudson in Tarrytown is stepping in to offer a solution: The JCC’s Vacation Sensations. Pick and choose up to eight fully planned days of fun from December 22 through January 2 (closed 12/25 & 1/1). This year, the kids will visit Sportstime, the Maritime Aquarium, Fun 4 Kids, Chuck E. Cheese, and a bowling alley. Also planned are a JCC Winter Olympics Day, a Mystery Day, and a Day Rockin’ New Year’s Party (kids play real instruments like rock stars)!

JCC Vacation Sensation Days are for kids grades K and up, and run from 9 a.m to 3 p.m., with early and late extended hours available. The cost is $90 per day; $80 for JCC members. Get all eight days, including early drop off and late stay for $725; $625 for members.
