When guests need to charge their phones and tablets I am glad to have this Anker 40w 5-port charger around.
With five 'Power IQTM' enabled ports this charger auto-senses the right charging speed, up to 2.4A per port, regardless the device. Regardless my friend being an Apple hating, Android user, or an Android oblivious Apple aficionado, this Anker unit rapidly fills their battery. Tablets, phones and even my GoPro cameras charge just fine.
If I had one complaint, it would be the long cord the unit uses to reach the wall. I'd like the option of using it like a wall wart. Beyond that, it is pretty wonderful.
