No matter how long you've been driving, it's never too late to learn better habits. Automatic is a little Bluetooth dongle that plugs into your car's OBD-II port (found on almost any car made since 1996) and communicates with your smartphone to track driving habits, mileage, and engine problems. Best of all, if you're in an accident, Automatic will automatically alert the authorities and call your family, no subscription required.

Automatic normally goes for $100 around the web, but today you can take a $20 discount. [Automatic Smart Driving Assistant, $80]

I won't bury the lede here: If you own a Mac, you should own a copy of the Alfred Powerpack.

If you haven't used Alfred, it's basically OS X's Spotlight search on steroids. The free version is great, but the Powerpack opens up a a world of possibilities with its workflow feature, and also unlocks a powerful clipboard manager that I use dozens of times per day. Lifehacker's written a lot about Alfed in the past, but here's my personal usage graph for the last month.

The Powerpack is 15% off this weekend to celebrate the app's fifth birthday, and the discount applies to a single license, a family pack, or the "Mega License," which grants you free lifetime updates. I don't think I've ever seen Alfred go on sale, so don't miss out on this chance. [Alfred]

$20 is a solid price for any surge protector with 12 outlets, coax, and ethernet ports. The fact that several of the outlets swivel for better space management is a nice bonus though. [Rosewill 4320 Joules Rotating Outlet Surge Protector with RJ11 and Coax Protection, $20 with code EMCANNV67]

This compact mechanical gaming keyboard features Razer's custom mechanical key switches, on-the-fly macro recording, and a great low price. [Razer BlackWidow Tournament Edition Stealth Keyboard, $60]

Get the one day shipping for a wild weekdend. [Five Pounds of Haribo Gummi Bears, $11]

If your car's built-in stereo didn't come with Bluetooth or Siri Eyes Free, it could be cheaper than you'd expect to upgrade. [ Pioneer FHX-720BT 2-DIN CD Receiver with Mixtrax, Bluetooth, Siri Eyes Free, USB, Pandora, and Android Music Support, $110]

Fitness bands are popular, but some people still prefer clip-on trackers. The Jawbone Up Move has solid user reviews on Amazon, but if you buy it from Dell, you'll get a free $25 gift card. [Jawbone UP Move Bluetooth Activity Tracker plus $25 Gift Card, $50]

I love my SodaStream, but the carbonating bottles are shockingly expensive. This is one of the best deals we've ever seen on a pair. [Sodastream 1l Carbonating Bottles (Twin Pack), $14]

Before you go out and buy a DJI Phantom, you'll want to hone your skills on a cheap indoor quadcopter like this one from UDI. It even has a built-in (albeit low quality) camera for first-person flying. [UDI 6 Axis Gyro RC Quadcopter with Camera, $55]

Microsoft's $40 deal on Xbox Live is getting a lot of hype around the web today, but remember, you can get 13 months for the same price from Walmart. [ 13 Months of Xbox Live Gold, $40]

Anyone who thinks vacuuming is the best chore is dead wrong. If you agree, delegate it to this high-end Roomba for $420, or about $80-$100 less than usual. [iRobot Roomba 790, $420]

The Eneloop battery deal trend continues with the lowest price ever on four Eneloop Pro AAAs. [ Panasonic eneloop Pro AAA Rechargeable Batteries, 4 Pack, $14]

Also still available: [Panasonic 4x eneloop AA New 2100 Cycle Rechargeable Batteries with Charger, $17]

Now through the end of the month, Speck is taking 50% off of everything in their store, creating a great opportunity to get a new case for your phone, tablet or laptop. [50% off Speck Products]

There's nothing exciting about this deal, but if you own a dishwasher, it's a fantastic price. [Finish Powerball Tabs Dishwasher Detergent Tablets, Fresh Scent, 60 Count, $6 after $2.15 off digital coupon]

If you want to repurpose a hard drive or SSD as a speedy external drive, this $10 enclosure is all you need. [ Inateck 2.5 Inch USB 3.0 HDD SATA External Hard Drive Disk Enclosure, $10 with code ZY2JCJU4]

This highly-rated 3-ton aluminum and steel jack from Powerzone is getting a rare discount from its usual $150 price tag today. As a matter of fact, our deal researcher Corey owns it, and says it's the best Jack he's ever used. You don't have to just take his word though; it has a 4.6 star average from over 300 reviewers, so you can buy with confidence. [Powerzone 3-Ton Aluminum and Steel Garage Jack, $133]

We see this sale from time to time, but it bears mentioning if you've missed out in the past. Outside of Black Friday sales, this is the best Wii U deal we've seen. No tax for most. [Wii U Deluxe Bundle with Mario 3D World and Nintendoland, $260]

The value of a deal is in the eye of the beholder—not everyone cares about bundled extras when they buy a console, for example—but it's hard to argue that this isn't one of the best PS4 deals we've seen to date.

Not only do you get a $40 discount on the console (with no tax for most), you also get six months of PlayStation Plus, and a free game of your choice. Options include Far Cry 4, Destiny, NBA 2K15, and LittleBigPlanet 3, which is a solid lineup considering it's free. I don't expect this to last long at all. [PS4 + 6 Months of PlayStation Plus + One Game, $360]
