I Edited My Japan Vlog Like A Ghibli Film (日光)🎐Asian Film Style🍙Slow Life in Japan Countryside - YouTube
"🪼₊˚⊹♡ What today's video is about:

🪼₊˚⊹♡ I recently travelled to Japan to get away, clear my head and get a break from social media. Someone recommended me the small city Nikko. Nikko is filled with nature and temples and I thought a Ghibli Styled Cinematic Vlog was long overdue! And Nikko happened to be the perfect place for this.

🪼₊˚⊹♡ In this video, I talk about what I took into account as I was shooting in Nikko to create that Studio Ghibli Film-vibe, and how you could too! I talk about it in pointers and step by step in this video, hoping that it would be easier for you to understand what is going on in my brain hahaha!

Led Zeppelin Knebworth August 11, 1979 (AUD) - Heart of Markness
Ep. 258 – The Heart of Markness Led Zeppelin Podcast
This episode is a request from long time friend and Patron, Other David. Second Knebworth holds a special place in his heart, and he requested I cover this show, which I happily did.
We hear the last performance of No Quarter by the original 4 members, with some smooth and jazzy runs by Jimmy, and some almost chaotic chops by Jonesy. It’s a unique performance, vibe-wise, and I like it.
We also hear a fairly pensive Achilles Last Stand with Jimmy deep in thought during the solo, and it also has a unique vibe, which is helped by the audience recording (Galactic Messiah from EVSD). We finish up with Whole Lotta Love with the new arrangement, as well as a rollicking boogie section. Good stuff. Great Band.

Lars Ulrich, Chad Smith, Fran Drescher Cast in Spinal Tap Sequel
Paul Shaffer will be back as Artie Fufkin
The list of musicians and actors appearing in the long-awaited This Is Spinal Tap sequel keeps growing, with news that Metallica’s Lars Ulrich, Red Hot Chili Peppers’ Chad Smith, The Nanny’s Fran Drescher, and more will appear in the forthcoming mockumentary.
Anyone who has seen the original film knows that drummers experience an unfortunate fate in the world of Spinal Tap, so it might not end well for Ulrich and Smith. Meanwhile, Drescher is reprising her hilarious role as record-label publicist and “hostess with the mostest” Bobbi Flekman.
Other newly revealed additions to the movie include Don Lake (The Bonnie Hunt Show), John Michael Higgins (Best in Show), Jason Acuña (Jackass), Nina Conti (Family Tree), Griffin Matthews (The Flight Attendant), Kerry Godliman (After Life), Chris Addison (Veep), and comedian Brad Williams, according to Deadline.
In addition, Paul Shaffer will be back as record-label promotion rep Artie Fufkin, who delivered one of the original film’s famous lines: “Do me a favor, kick my ass!”
As previously reported, the movie will also include cameos by Sir Elton John, Sir Paul McCartney, Questlove, Garth Brooks, and Trisha Yearwood.
Filming on the sequel has already begun in New Orleans, with the New York Post obtaining some on-set pics of Christopher Guest, Michael McKean, and Harry Shearer as Spinal Tap band members Nigel Tufnel, David St. Hubbins, and Derek Smalls, respectively, along with shots of Rob Reiner as director Marty DiBergi and Schafer as Fufkin.
The original This Is Spinal Tap movie was released 40 years ago this month, in March 1984. Revisit its funniest moments here.

Spinal Tap II to Feature Metallica’s Lars Ulrich and Red Hot Chili Peppers’ Chad Smith | Pitchfork
The drummers will cameo, joining most of the original cast, Paul McCartney and Elton John, and new additions including Paul Shaffer
Metallica’s Lars Ulrich and Red Hot Chili Peppers’ Chad Smith will cameo in Spinal Tap II, according to a new casting announcement, via Deadline. The two drummers—an ill-fated profession in the world of Spinal Tap—will join original cast members Christopher Guest, Michael McKean, and Harry Shearer, plus fellow nonfictional musicians Paul McCartney, Elton John, and Questlove.
The publicist in the original movie (and now SAG-AFTRA guild President) Fran Drescher is also back, as is original director and in-movie mockumentarian Rob Reiner. New cast additions include Kerry Godliman, Chris Addison, John Michael Higgins, Don Lake, Jason Acuña, Nina Conti, Griffin Matthews, Brad Williams, and former Late Night With David Letterman bandleader Paul Shaffer.
Plans to release Spinal Tap II this March, to coincide with the film’s 40th anniversary, were scuppered by the Hollywood strikes. The film will portray the band reuniting after a 15-year hiatus for a blowout comeback concert. A new release date has not been set.
The original Spinal Tap drummer, Ric Parnell, died in 2022. “No one ever rocked harder,” Harry Shearer said at the time.
