Description The advisor assumes responsibilities for defined activities in the EPP Component 3 (C3) under supervision of the component manager. This includes: — Managing and executing areas of responsibility within Career Guidance Component that forms part of the programme objectives, team agreements and/or agreements with the superior. — Assisting project/programme initiatives to provide professional advisory services to and cooperate with Ministry of Education (MOE) officials at all levels, and with private sector institutions. — Innovation and knowledge management — Maintaining of a good flow of communication and information between all involved partners — supporting the programme initiatives to provide professional advisory services to the partners
Qualifications • masters/MSc in an area that is related to the project/programme objectives, with a focus on a relevant field • Experience in the cooperation with public and private entities on a regional level and in the field of communities

Experience 6 - 9 Years.
Other Skills • very good working knowledge of ITC technologies (related software, phone, fax, email, the internet) and computer applications (e.g. MS Office) • willingness to upskill as required by the tasks to be performed – corresponding measures are agreed with management • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Capacity to work well in a team. • Ability to work under pressure.
