Why are there random colored blocks instead of my photos? If something is corrupted, it should say that. Like, what does the block indicate? And now it won't move photos between albums. How absolutely useless. No matter how many times I click "move to album" it stays right where it is. What's the use of this app if the primary function doesn't work?

No customer service. I've written to the company with no response. Secure vault cannot be set up on this device. I attempted to turn secure vault on, and it turns itself off. Fortunately it is still accessible on another device. Downloaded the vault and canceled the subscription. Your response is inaccurate. I have latest version, I am unable to toggle the secure vault button. I logged out of app and tried to log back in without success. Try answering your email to solve the problem

(8/1/17) It's better than I thought. At first I was annoyed with the ads but it's actually really cheap to upgrades and remove those annoying ads. Perfect. EDIT (12/19/24) I've been using this app for years and it's been good. But recently I'm unable to move some photos to other folders even after trying it dozens of times. Some photos got damaged too in the process. Please fix this. I really liked this app and do not wish for it to go downhill this bad.
