Name to Change for Sheraton Tarrytown Restaurant

Changes include expanded weekend brunch service and food or beverage theme nights

Restaurant Manager Michael Dizzine announced that a new name is going to replace SB&G for the restaurant on the lobby floor of the Sheraton Tarrytown Hotel along with other changes. The new name will be revealed in early January, 2015. The coming changes will include:

  • Small plates and tapas will be introduced
  • Weekday theme nights will focus on a type of food or beverage
  • A bourbon and whisky bar will debut
  • Omelet and waffle stations will be added to Saturday and Sunday buffet brunches

In addition, live entertainment with no cover charge will be presented on Friday and Saturday evenings beginning about 7 p.m. Wine-coupled, prix-fixe dinners are also coming.

The new menu will retain some popular dishes from the present menu including beet salad, crab cakes, burgers and a soup/half-sandwich combination. Filet mignon will be replaced by petite fillet mignon.
